Are you a company or a freelancer?+
Both. I'm a registered sole trader in Slovakia (company ID 57959714), so like any other company I invoice you and we sign a contract, including a data processing agreement. I work on my own. I'm responsible for the system I build and always fix its bugs for free. Compared with an agency, you talk to me the whole time, not to a project manager.
Do you build regular custom software, or only AI?+
Yes, most of what I build is regular software: internal systems, a custom CRM, invoicing automation and integrations between programs that don't talk to each other yet. I add AI where something has to read texts and attachments. You'll find examples from practice on the custom software development page.
What is an AI agent and how is it different from a chatbot?+
A chatbot answers questions. An AI agent takes a task and sees it through: it reads emails and attachments, pulls out the data, enters it into your system and asks a person when it isn't sure. ChatGPT is a general-purpose chat tool, while I build each AI agent for one specific process in your company.
How much does custom software or an AI agent cost?+
The consultation is free. Projects start at around €500: that's what a single automation, an integration or a smaller tool costs, a few days of work. A larger system your company runs on every day takes months, and I split the quote into parts so you don't have to order everything at once. Running costs for hosting and AI are usually tens to low hundreds of euros a month. After the first call you get a specific price and delivery date instead of a range. You pay 20% when you order and the rest after handover; the full terms of cooperation are on my About page.
How long do development and deployment take?+
After the consultation, you get a quote with a specific price and delivery date. A single automation takes a few days, and a system your company runs on every day usually takes six to twelve weeks. What affects the timeline most is how many of your systems need to be connected.
Do I need to understand the technical side of AI?+
No. My job is to understand how your company works and turn that into a system. You explain the process, I take care of the code. If I need to know something, I'll ask you a specific question.
Is our company data safe with AI, and what about GDPR?+
Yes, if the system is built properly. We agree in advance which data the AI can access, and I call the language models through their business APIs, whose data the providers don't use for training by default under their own terms. If the system processes personal data on my accounts, we sign a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR. Details and sources are on the internal knowledge assistant page.
Can AI connect to the systems we already use?+
Usually, yes. An agent can connect to your email, CRM, accounting software, online store or shared spreadsheets through their APIs. If a system has no API, we can work with exports or directly with the database. Whether and how your particular system connects is something we'll find out in the first consultation.
Do you offer AI training for employees?+
Yes, and I'd say it's half the battle. A tool nobody uses is just another invoice. I run AI training on your team's real tasks instead of generic examples, and I leave you with internal procedures and rules for what AI is and isn't allowed to do. You can also book the training on its own, without me building anything for you. A 4-hour session starts at €600. On top of that, the EU AI Act requires companies that use AI to support AI literacy among the people who work with it, and training on your own tasks is one of the measures you can take and document.
What if the AI agent makes a mistake?+
I plan for that at the design stage. Every agent has limits it can't cross, and everything it does is logged and traceable. For steps where a mistake would cost money, it waits for a person to sign off. I prefer a more deterministic approach with clear guardrails.
Do you work with freelancers and small businesses?+
Yes, if there's a real business behind it. A solo entrepreneur with a well-thought-out process often gets more out of an agent than a company of thirty people, because the decision gets made in one evening.
Where does the system run, and who looks after it?+
By default I run it on my own accounts for a monthly fee, so you don't have to worry about hosting, backups and updates. If you want it on your own accounts, we can arrange the move. I always fix bugs in systems I've built for free, and I'm happy to stay on long term if you want to keep extending it.
